Lucky Cat Mayfair sits on Grosvenor Square and takes its design from the Asian eating houses and drinking clubs of 1930s Tokyo and Shanghai. Gordon Ramsay and his Executive Head Chef built the menu around Asian-inspired small plates, robata-grilled dishes, skewers, tempura, sushi and sashimi, cooked in an open kitchen with a dedicated raw bar.
Beyond the main dining room, Lucky Cat runs a Chef's Table for 10 by the kitchen, a Kitchen Table for 6 to 12 with a menu built for the day, and private rooms for up to 40. Reviewers single out the Japanese Sirloin Steak and the Mango & Sake Cheesecake, and the service is consistently the part guests call out by name.
