Your details.

What we collect. When you use The Door, The Team or Partners forms: your name, WhatsApp number, and the details of your request (venue, date, party size, notes). Partners may also give a company name and email. We do not ask for, or keep, anything about the sex or gender of your group.

Why. To arrange the booking or conversation you asked for, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp or email. That is the lawful basis: taking steps at your request.

Who sees it. The Ace of Clubs team, and the venue you asked us to book, only as far as the booking needs. Our website runs on Cloudflare.

How long. Booking requests are kept for as long as we need them to manage the booking and our accounts, then deleted.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them, by messaging the team through The Door.
