Amazónico sits on Berkeley Square in Mayfair, one of five locations alongside Dubai, Monte Carlo, Madrid and Miami. The menu draws on Amazonian ingredients with Asian and Mediterranean touches, split across an à la carte, a tasting menu, sushi and a Weekend Asado served Saturday and Sunday from midday to 4pm. A live singer performs most evenings, and the open kitchen lets you watch the grill and rotisserie work.

Guests order the Ojo de bife steak, chicken tequeños and guacamole with cheese bread, then finish on the chocolate dessert or grilled pineapple with coconut ice cream. Private groups of six to twenty-two use the jungle-themed dining room, or OCTO, a hidden room beneath the restaurant styled on the Amazon River, for up to eighty standing.
