COYA opened in Mayfair in 2012 and has since grown into a global group spanning Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Barcelona and beyond. The kitchen runs from three open kitchens, serving Peruvian fusion: ceviches, tiraditos, anticuchos and char-grilled mains. The Pisco Bar pours Pisco Sours and Latin-inspired cocktails, with live music and DJs running through the evening and a rotating art collection on the walls.

Regulars order the chicken empanadas, wagyu beef gyoza and Chilean sea bass cazuela with bomba rice, finishing on churros with orange chocolate sauce or the Pandan and Pineapple Suspiro.
